XG #9... They got terrible sightlines

This is what i did ...

I think the XG 9 have terrible sight lines and i almost toe if I am not careful. So I took out my wife's cuticle kit and played with it..

Alot easier to line up... Well the good thing is . I can change the look any time I want. its pretty easy to remove. Well its ugly in the picture. In person it looks pretty good.

Does it look silly?

it looks very silly IMO, I got one of these putters last weekend & I love it!! Great feel from face, love the shape & i got a shorter one than normal so i'm really casual over the ball when i putt with it!!

I've got an idea for that putter. Send it to "Fear Factor" and let them use it. Instead of having the contestants eat cow intestines or horses' bizalls, make them look at this putter.

Good gosh, NO. Do not scrape. Acetone will work nicely to remove the nail polish.

how did that work for better aim??? its just funny looking and all over!!! and dont try a different color, just use nail polish and get all of it off and leave it alone. if you still dont like it, just get another putter that you like from the start. :beach:

 

and i agree that it looks like poop, "art" like that dosent belong on a putter or any club.

:p.. yeah pretty easy to scrape off with a plastic ruler... I will try some krylon.. The colour sucks here due to the flash. In realitiy it look like red rust so it looks pretty antique.

 

Well... it did line up much better for me . I keep impact the putter on the toe using std colour. Wished i Kept the phil mickelson sticker on .. Im going for an afternoon 18. Will see if the contrast actually helps.
