Ten fidy is fantastic. Available everywhere here for $15 per 4 pack. A bit pricy, but really is delicious. Golf course I played last weekend actually had it on tap. Great post round beverage.

Just missed a keg of bourbon barrel ten fiddy last week, that stuff is so good!

My brother in law is in Cali and just went to Russian river. He bought the limit on Pliny, supplication, consecration and sanctification. Plus found someone to mule an extra case of Pliny for him. I get half. I'm way too excited about this beer coming in, lol. I think I'm gonna crack my only supplication tonight to celebrate.

Russian River is an awesome brewery. I went there on a Sunday when I was out in SF for work and everything on tap was $3 a pint, including Pliny. They also sold us their last 18 bottles to bring home.

Drank the Samuel Smith oatmeal stout I got in trade last night. While it's a beer we get here it was not something I was likely to buy in the store and glad I got one to try. Fantastic example of a oatmeal stout.

Now I want to find one of the Stingos

You know when you buy a car because you never see one out and then the day you drive it off the lot that same type of car is EVERYWHERE? That's what happened with the Samuel Smith. I saw it in the store, saw it had good ratings, and bought it because is never seen it. Now it's in every store I see I just never paid attention. Glad it was good though.

Haha I know that well back in the import tuner days everyone was rolling Honda so I bought a VW GTI VR6 and boom gti's everywhere. Still a great beer and not something I was likely to buy so thanks.

Was planning on knocking back some of the IPA's I got in trade tonight but with a very cool 65* May day in Scottsdale I decided to go barleywine instead.

 

Absolutely fantastic, probably the closest thing I have had to Firestone's Sucuba and that is saying a lot because Sucuba is darn near perfect

Last night was a good one. I found dark horse double crooked tree on tap, and the same place was starting a Perrin tap takeover so I tried their single and double IPA's. Then I went to a buddy's house and had a great lakes chillwave and a DF 120 min.

I work for a local beer distributor. There are many amazing beers out there. I highly recommend looking up local breweries that may have limited distribution. A few of my Kansas favorites are:
1. Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat (Cream Stout)
2. Defiance Gutch (English EPA)
3. Tallgrass Ethos IPA

Was in Vegas the last couple of days. Only one I had that we can't get in Chicago was the Green Flash IPA. I didn't think it lived up to the hype.
