Hi,
Going over spring break 2012 to a house in round hill.
the house comes with a membership to round hill (no course there). Anyone have any course price info and I guess caddy costs etc? I found the ritz ones.

Looks like round hill club will arrange golf but this is uncharted territory!

It looks like they use the Tryall Club which is just west of Montego Bay. I played it last year. Nice course, enjoy!

Caddy tipping is not mandatory, but customary. If your caddy is pleasant, gives accurate advice, and maintains the course (repairing divots & pitch-marks, raking sand traps etc.) you may tip him accordingly. We recommend $10 per person for 9 holes, $20 per person for 18 holes as base guide.
Tee times are required and should be booked 24 hours in advance
All rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change

I was at the Iberostar Rose Hall (North and East of Montego Bay) and played Cinnamon Hills twice. I emjoyed it thoroughly.

Not sure where Round Hill is compared to Rose Hall, but cabs do get expensive.

Hi Folks,
So i went and played Tryall and the Ritz Carlton Course the White Witch.
I'm going with both are quite beautiful, but over priced and a huge hassle.
Given the two, i would go to tryall again, as it was closer and less expensive.
In a nutshell, disappointing for both due to
- time to get there for White Witch & Cost
- Cost for Tryall

So i'm calling Jamaica a bust for golf.
