Putters Similar to Cameron Napa, Wilson 8802?

Other than the old "Designed By" series from Cleveland and the Ping G2 Tess, are there any current quality putters out there that resemble the Cameron Napa or Wilson 8802? Has anyone had any experience with the Yes Sophia model? Thanks

I've been trying to find a good Napa style putter for a few weeks and theres not as much out there as i though there would be. I have tried the Yes sophia which IMO was v.dissapointing ,the ball rolled well and i actually holed a few but the feel was missing ,which lets face it is the main reason people go for blade putters. I'll keep ya posted if i come across anything! (cool)

I know that Ray Cook makes a Austin 1 putter, which is the same style, but I haven't seen them anywhere. Also, Carbite made a ZL blade putter. Again, it can't be found. I was concerned that would be the response on the Sophia. I've played with other Yes putters and I've always felt that the heads were a little dead.

A sponsor has the Austin1 for a great price. $40sh IIRC. I have one that I haven't tried yet. I'm having it done in antique copper first.

I just picked up a Palombi 8802 tribute putter and by far the best 8802 style putter I own. I'm no putter expert, but I have tried just alot of heel shafted putters and this one is great. The head weight is lighter than the Napa but feels very solid. I'll second the Sophia being "dead" feeling.

I agree...Sophia is pretty dead feeling. Trouble is , I make more putts with it than anything else!!! The c-grooves feel dead to me in all the yes putters but I love the tight roll.

This one is going on the block, this week.

I was refinished by Byron Morgan and hasn't touched a ball, since. It is a Black Star finish, high polish on the face and sole and bead blasted on the topline and cavity.

She's a looker and you'll see it on WRX BST, hopefully, tomorrow.

Here is my Cleveland Designed by Ben Crenshaw that is refinished by BOS in Patina Oil (Oil Can). It is even up for sale. The putter is at 35 inches currently gripless. Of course this could change. (cool)
