Yururi 2010 blades

Where is the cheapest place I can find a set of these without having to worry about getting screwed by ordering them from Thailand off eBay. I've wanted a set of these since I got rid of my 690.mb's. Any comparison between those 2sets would also be GREATLY appreciated.

I was fortunate enough to get a used set of Yururi 2010s off the bay at a good price a few months ago; don't know that they come up often there, but it's worth saving a search to keep an eye out.

i can't compare to the 690's but compared to the 710's...well there is no comparison.

tourspecgolf.com is the best place to buy new. they're too good for owners to sell these very often so if you see a set jump on them! however, there have been fake yururis on ebay and unauthorized sites so do everything you can to verify the seller and the heads before you buy.

By no comparison I'm assuming you meant the Yururi's were better?

Ive been looking on eBay but like you said I don't want to wind up with some fakes.

I'm currently gaming the Yururi Flatback raw and it's one of the best blades I've played. I did a review in Tourspecgolf forum when I initially got em.

Try a yahoo Japan proxy site like jauce or rinkya. They allow foreign buyers to purchase off yahoo Japan then they ship it to you. They charge a fee of course but its probably the best bet for cheap.

I got a set of KM-0107 on TSG and shafted it with modus3, very different feel in a good way

Are the lofts really what they're listed at on their website (41* 9i and 48* P, for instance)?

If so, did you make any changes?

have not heard one negative comment about these blades. i rate these
more highly than the miuras imho

I think that's a mis-print. On the TSG site, they're listed at 41 and 46*. Never heard of anybody using 7* between 9-iron and pw, or more than 5* for that matter.

Just found a 3-PW set of the flat backs with DG200 for about $800 in a store here. Is that a good deal?

All are used but in good condition. They are the prototypes not the 2010s so I assume are non conforming?

That isn't saying much, I'd rate Yonex and Tourstage also better than Miuras.

I have sets of all those mentioned. The Yuris are really nice have a great look at address. All 3 have a more solid feel. The Yonex are cannons, Tourstage a great boring flight and the Yuris kinda in between.

Just got my set of the blacks yesterday and hit a couple hundred balls with them. The feel is superb and they seem to be very accurate - if you put a good swing on them they go right where you are looking. I am also appreciating the craftsmenship as each head is hand ground. You can see the lines the grinder used, almost making it to where each club has its own personality. The quality is so so much different than my Adams A4's bought off the rack!

I recently discovered the world of JDM clubs and now I don't think I will ever look back. Yururi Flat Back's in black and a 52, 56 RC Dual Bite wedges.

Also I am fairly new to WRX and if there are any other Yururi users out there that can give me some feedback or thoughts on their clubs that would be great!

I find that I'm liking mine more and more. Accurate as can be and quite workable. Sublime is probably how I'd describe pure strikes.

Center strikes are sublime, thats A great way to describe it. Accuracy has been fantastic so far. The black finish seems to be wearing off quickly but the worn look is very nice as well.

I haven't tried it yet, but I understand the finish can be made new very easily with a little black oxide bath.

nothing else needs to be said about the playability or feel. i think i'm going to remove all the finish off mine and go for the complete raw look!

All Yururi clubs have an amazing look and I'm sure the complete raw will be no different. I feel like I am starting to become a complete Yururi snob

The Kyoei forgings in general are fantastic. I now have Yururi, Yonex, and Romaro blades. Each are great, with slightly different character. There's probably enough redundancy, though, that I shouldn't keep them all.
