I like the BC7, but I love this whatever it is

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this putter. Jimmy had one for sale a month or so ago on his web site. Same designed used for last years Ryder Cup tribute putter that Mr. B did. There are a couple of plumbers neck version on Jimmy's site now. I prefer the heel shafted version though, simply beutiful.

The BC6 and BC7 are the holy grail of all putters.

Black finishes (oxidization) are not durable and prone to rust. These are durable.

Carbon steel has better feel than stainless but many prefer stainless because it is maintenance free. These are carbon and maintenance free.

Other milled putter makers are being left by the wayside because they cannot compete with the roll-groove technology of other brands. One-piece milled putters cannot also compete with the feel of insert putters that are so soft. This one is one-piece, has no insert, but its unique sweetspot pattern gives it both roll-face technology and and extremely soft feel.

These putters are over 340 grams in headweight.

And most of all, these putters will be offered to the regular public as a production model, so they will be cheap!

Man, I am really salivating at the possibility of having thee two putters. Now this will be the definitive Anser and 8802 copies.

Count me in, I will definitely buy once released!

even better yet, if these putters follow suit with the rest of the bc putter line, they'll be offered in varying headweights dependent upon length...~330g-33", ~340g-34" and ~355g-33".

Will the Classic performance line be offered retail or will they be a Studio B line only?

That new headcover is brilliant. I am sick of dealing with velcro that does not stay shut.

I like the BC7 model. I would want it without the yellow paintfill, as I'm not crazy about it. I also like the idea of the headcover without velcro. Looks like some good things ahead.

Really it is. After a second and then a third look at it..I don't know why someone else didn't think of it long ago. The neoprene keep the putter stuck in the cover and no more worn out velcro. Best of all for those who know about the problems and road blocks when having a putter cover custom made by AM&E....Bettinardi will be able to do multiple types of embroidery and use any color of material he wants to working with Belding. image/yes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
