Suggestions on Scotty Cameron Mizuno touch up

I already took off most of the minor rust with steel wool but was wondering if there is anything I can do about the bare spot on the outer heel and the remaining rust on the face (which is pretty minor). I was thinking maybe some gun blue gel can blend the bare spot a little bit. I'm going to be gaming this one so I'm not looking to do a full restoration just blending it more would look good enough for me. Any suggestions are appreciated.

If your just looking for a quick easy fix, clean spot with alcohol and use a black sharpy, may need to blend with you finger.

Gun blue finish on this putter is black oxide finish, it's not really blue.... Wasn't saying this was perfect way to do it but the topic author wanted simple.

I used the blue pen and the black perma pen(similar to a sharpie) and I went with oil based not water based as both Sharpie and the brand that I used had both. You can't tell though I had no gauges or nicks, just a few wear/rub marks.

Great little touch-up pen and much cleaner/neater than my former process, lol, and I don't waste nearly as much.

Looking pretty good after a few coats with the presto pen. It isn't perfect but it's hardly noticeable. I'm not sure what caused the bare spots but there are still some texture imperfections. Maybe I'll do a full refinish next year.

That looks excellent. I don't know if it's that the shot angle is different or the work done made the difference but that looks great!!
