If you Love Harrison Saga you will Really Love <blank>

So I love my Harrison SAGA, played it in an Adams LS 9064 for years and now in my Mizuno JPX 900, but I'm curious about other shafts that are as good or better than the SAGA bearing in mind bang for your buck. If I recall my SAGA was less than $100 brand new.

 

I found the Speeder that came with the Mizuno a good shaft but not as smooth. Felt I had to force a big swing whereas with the SAGA the distance comes easy.

I will be watching this thread attentively as the Saga Is my favorite shaft. Since Harrison went out of business I have also been on the lookout for a replacement.

I have one in my 905r and hate it, just too whippy for me. IMO this shaft plays weak In flex.

thanks for the recommendation. The Harrison Saga shaft is supposed to be similar to a Mitsubishi blueboard, which I also did not like and replaced the blueboard in my Rapture V2 with a Saga and what a difference for me.

Maybe an Even Flow Blue or Rogue Black would be good matches. Could also give the Aldila Tour Green a whirl.

Man my favorite club I think I sold to another WRX'r: 2007 Taylor Made Burner TP with Harison SAGA 60g stiff. Would love to recreate that combo

Still rocking the Saga in my G25 driver. Keep wondering if there’s something more “modern” or “better” as well, but I don’t want to mess with a good thing. Curious to hear others thoughts as well like Tad, I tried an OG Blueboard but didn’t like it as much as the Saga, go figure.

Matrix Ozik Code 7 would be close if you could find one. Fujikura Vista Tour but a half flex softer than the flex you liked in Saga.

 

Meanwhile I wish I could find a substitute for the Striper H2...
