Did you put them straight in without any brass weights? What did they swingweight at? I'm going to do mine today and want to ensure SW stays the same at standard length.[/quote] If your old shaft is a TI S400, then install the same way. Just make sure your grip/tape/ferrule/epoxy weight are the same

I was asking specific to him as he has the same wedges. Standard in the MD2s are S300s so there is a 2 gram difference in shaft weights. Shouldn't make a difference if I use the weights (if any) in the s300s.[/quote]
Oh, got it. Sorry about that. You're not going to find any weights in your wedges. Swing weight will go up only slightly

I currently, and for the last few months have been gaming TI X100 Black Onyx in my irons. These are A LOT more durable than the old finish. Really looks great and as always get the unreal performance of True Temper products. #swingtrue

Can we see pictures? I've had them in my wedges for a year and they still look brand new with no peeling. The old version was terrible. The new ones are great.

Agree, my black onyx look perfect so far but the old black chrome s400 wedge shafts were so fragile!

Same here. Besides me bumping into my vise when installing my 54* and thus taking a small chunk of the finish off, mine look great.

I have one on a Vokey Wedgeworks v grind and it has quite a few Chips the last 4 or 5 inches above the hosel after just a season of use and I am quite careful.

Very disappointing actually. It’s just a plastic coating like vinyl wrap on a car. I’d never have them on a full set unless you are ok with a limited lifespan on them.
