I actually mentioned the first club throwing incident when this happened this morning, as he was the one who parlayed the flying club the first time.

He will not have to foot that kind of bill G64. I'm hoping the Machine team can grind the topline and soften the edges to remove the dents. I'd putt with it (dents and all) with a Band-Aid on top before I'd charge a friend that kind of money. Good friendships are more valuable than custom putters. Life happens, I'm blessed to be able to purchase equipment and play golf.

Dave Billings was kind enough to reply within hours. I'm sending the putter back to Machine and he's going to 'work his magic' to rectify the situation. He's a master craftsman so I have no doubt that he'll restore the putter to its original glory. Worst case scenario I have him add some hand peening to the topline and we call it a day.

Most definitely will, I'm also going to pull the PX Black shaft out of my g20 and put a callaway tip on it and test all three together at the simulator. I'm very curious to see the difference the three different shafts make. One is low launch, one is high launch and imnot sure what the PXv is. But it should be fun.
