Anyone know if the Winn 15" counter-balance is the same as the 15" grip that comes on the CB Ghost Spider's

Just thought I'd share my new addition - apparently from the European Tour.

Monte Carlo with no insert.

Looks like it has a milled weight in the rear as it feels very head heavy.

That is certainly a unique looking putter from a number of features. The milled face, stamped "tour" on the face and sole. And you are right, that silver milled badge could add weight to the head. I have seen that maybe one other time. Maybe that one is this one!! Very rare, I must say!

The other cool thing is that my son's initials are also "SH", which was what caught my eye originally.

Certainly is a nice putter and feels really soft - will compliment my Slighter nicely.

That TM milling pattern does really seem to soften the feel of the ball off the face. Does a magnet stick to it? If it does it is carbon steel, which adds to the feel. Probably, stainless steel though.

Some types of stainless steel are magnetic, they are called ferritic or martensitic. So the magnet test is not always a definitive test.

Very cool putter! I agree with what you said about the plastic feel on their retail putters but would love to give one of these tour issue ones a shot. If I ever found that exact you putter you posted in lefty there probably wouldn't be too much hesitation to buy it.

Find a tour one with the steel insert, so much better. Mine is counterbalance, Ed has the same putter but standard.

This what a retail Spider Blade would look like with the white bumpers. Obviously, the sight line is on the top line of the Tour Issue and black shaft.

Does it have a different insert than retail? Different grip, possibly?

It has the black shaft along with the grip with the yellow section on top. I think the insert looks standard but will post more pics when I receive it... The all white look looks really nice !

I've liked the feel of my Pippi Tour but I'm not as consistent with the counter weight as I was with the Tracy model I played all year. Solution, I just bid on a Tracy Tour.

This is a JDM Forged Milled Daytona putter with sound slot. A little rough finish, but it does feel so good. May just put it in the bag.

Ed - The DA12 is exactly like mine from JR at the Ryder Cup / Medinah. There were two of them in the truck that day. Nice pick-up.

I doubt the DA-12 is a tour issue. My recollection is it was a Japan consumer release. At one point I had a dozen of those heads.

The Asian market does get some sweet putters that's for sure, however the DA 12 is tour issue. I picked it up from the tour truck during the AT&T pro am the year they came out.

Escaped from Indiana for a long weekend to Florida. Was a chilly 55* today around Orlando but I putted really well. Have chalk that up to clean living and this putter!!

A gray finish Ghost Tour Monte Carlo. Black shaft, TaylorMade Iomic grip. It comes standard with the 80/20 PureRoll insert. One unique feature is the TaylorMade logo down by the head. I think TM was trying to get their logo on TV more. Tour only, at this time, 2 sole weights

Here is my still in progress TM Tour Issue Itsy Bitsy Spider, flow neck, mirror stainless face, I sent it to BOS for the full ghost treatment, face milled and custom paintfill, and I got pics back today, can't wait for it to be done and back home, still a couple of steps to go, but wanted you to take a look

That is really looking great! BOS certainly does quality work. Milling looks great. And the all white certainly works well. Very nice project. How about the black shaft, any luck?
