Any kc guys want to play ironhorse on Saturday at 12:36? We need 1 guy to make 4. We got our time on golf now and it looks like they have one spot left that you can buy

Has anyone had a chance to play much recently? Everywhere I have been, the courses are in GREAT condition. The greens at Canyon Farms (Golf Club of Kansas) are the best I've seen them.

I'm sorry I saw this late or I would have tried to join you. How'd the round go? We couldn't have drawn up better weather this last weekend.

I've played Shoal Creek and the greens have been great as well. And FAST. I talked to one of the guys that cuts them and he said they were running at 10-11.

I've been playing Tiffany Greens at least 1-2 per week for the last few weeks and the course is looking great! The greens are in my opinion back to the way they were a couple years after first opening. Yesterday they were pretty quick and rolling really true.

No worrys. We got to the course at 11:00 for some pre round practice and they said golf now screwed up and allowed us to book a time during a junior girls tournament. So they put us out right before the tournament at 11:42. I hit some decent tee shots but my iron game was probably the worst it's ever been. I was steep on everything. I hit a stinger cut off the tee with my 3 deep and after 3 in a row on 13,14,&15 I felt a twinge in my right arm so I decided not to hit any more full shots and just worked on my short game the rest of the round. Gonna take 2 weeks off from swinging and see how it goes.

Anyone want to play somewhere up north or west on Wednesday or Thursday afternoon? I live in northwest Shawnee and work up in Riverside and just had a project get pulled, so I'm slow for a couple days and I haven't gotten a round in yet this year.

I might actually be able to do Wednesday afternoon around 2:00. I actually live near Riverside so north works for me.

I played Shoal yesterday afternoon and aside from the terrible weather conditions (cold, wind, rain) that were not predicted, had a good time. I would definitely agree the greens are in great shape and rolling very fast. Pretty sure I saw someone measuring the stomp on my way to first tee.

Man, I would love to join you, but I won't be in town. That is Nebraska's Spring Game weekend, so I will be back in God's Country. If you haven't been to Canyon Farms recently, you're in for a treat; the greens have been immaculate.

Last time I played it was probably 3 or 4 years ago - and it was awesome then. I'm sure we'll venture out for a practice round at some point (assuming the public is still allowed?).

Public is still allowed at this point; I think it will go fully private at some time 4-12 months from now. Let me know when you make it out. I'm there pretty much every day and would be happy to join.
