Not sure what the makeup for this crowd is, but I'd like to play the black tees if anyone else is game. I'm playing in the Konza Prarie Amateur at Colbert Hills in a couple weeks and need to get some more time in on a longer track.

I'm playing in that event also. It should be fun, I've never played Stableford before. I'm up for any tee.

at heritage we play an overall skins (dollar per), greenies (dollar per), and captains game (wolf) every week for a dollar per hole. We could also do a 2 man best ball (random partners) or overall (individual). I'm pretty much open to anything just keep stakes lowish so everybody has fun

Length off the tee is definitely not my strong suit, but I'll play from anywhere if thats what everyone else decides. Like I said before my game is a mess but I might be good for a birdie or two...lol.

It keeps changing every time I look at it... I hope it holds off, I'm suppose to play 18 at Shoal before coming over to Falcon. I've been wanting to play 36 in a day for some time now and just haven't made it work

I like the random partner best ball and/or skins. With $10 into the pot each, we could pay 1st through 3rd something like $30, $20, $10. and then skins get paid out to whomever earns them. I would suggest we do the whole thing net. Not sure who the low man is, but I think Q is probably a course 2 out there so we could work off that (I will gladly take my 1 a side Q!). As for playing the blacks, that's fine for me, but I don't want to force others who may not be comfortable. Maybe we do some kind of reduction in handicap if you want to move up? E.g. 25% or something like that.

Hell I don't know. This is all just brainstorming and trying to find a way people don't lose their shirts and we all have a good time. $10 on the line seems pretty reasonable to me. If you won big you might get out of there with $50 or something.

Edit - three things

1) to be clear I meant above half of the pot in the best ball and half in the skins and

2) even though we would do random partners, I would suggest we draw first so partners play together.

3) we will have to work something out if we have an odd number. Not sure how to handle that.

I like the two-man best ball idea!

I plugged my handicap in for a slope of 135 (Blacks) and 130 (Blues), and it gives me a course handicap of 2. If someone is lower than that, let us know and we can work off of that. If someone wants to play the Blues, we can just adjust the amount of strokes given for the respective course ratings of the different tees (75 v. 72.5). If you don't have an official handicap, no worries, we can work it out on Saturday before the round.

I like it. Just throw all names in a hat and pick partners. You could potentially win some money on the skins - I bet there won't be more than 2 or 3 of them using net - if that many.
