Damn I really would love to play this place! Looks amazing. But I have also heard its going to be a nightmare for parking and fans compared to TPC. I went for the first time last year and loved it!

I personally think pebble is overrated. I remember playing TF when only 9 holes were available. I knew then that it was gonna be awesome.

Every single day. I loathe Pebble. I’ve been fortunate to play it multiple times and each time I leave thinking that it’s a huge waste of money.

 

Also for the cost of one round at PB, you can play TF twice.

Man, I could not disagree more. I've played both over a handful of times and the only way I can see someone say this is if they are taking the money spent into consideration as a frustration. But money spent should not play into the decision. I have more fun at TF because I play with a great group of members and at PB it's always "business"...PB is a vacation and TF is local golf. As a course they are apples to water faucets, impossible to compare. Add in our terrible weather in TX. I also prefer TF type of golf but its not near the golf or experience of Ballyneal, Wolf Point Ranch, SH, Bandon or a host of others across the US.
