Any recommendations? V1 versus cSwing? Pros and cons. Thanks.

If you do a search, there is a link on here for access to a free V-1 demo. It doesn't have all of the features activated but you can get a good idea of what it's capable of. I also know that you can get a trial period of C-swing as well...14 days I think but it could be more or less or I could be wrong.

I choose cswing because 3 or 4 years ago at the time, V1 Home kept crashing. Maybe they've fixed it up by now, but since I have hundreds of line drawings, I'm just sticking with it.

Not sure what new features V1 has.

These seem pretty dear to me! I had a free one (swing academy) that was great but my computer broke and now it won't work.

Thanks for the replies. Does the software allow you to slow the swing recording down or is the speed of the recording in the software dependent on your recording speed of the camera?

I have cSwing and love it. Ditto about the V1 crashing before.

Yes, you can change the speed of your swing.

I've looked at buying a mac recently and there is no specific analysis software available for it, the only way round it is to run windows on the mac (quite easy now, but unfortunatley means buying the operating system) and then run pc software on it

Actually you'll need an Intel chip, the OS is not the issue. I have a Mac and use BootCamp for my swing analysis. I have one from Alltecsports or something like that. It's Ok, but some of the features have gone belly up, like the 60fps conversion that I really needed!

So now, I'm looking for something else as well!
