Free/inexpensive Online Golf Fitness Program?

Hi all, does anyone have an inexpensive online golf fitness program that they recommend? Looking for something and thought this group may have some ideas. Thanks.

To be honest, every person is different. Someone might be strong in one part of the body and not on another, the same for flexibility. I know you said free, and I'm not sure what inexpensive is, but even a 1 session evaluation with a trainer who can write down your strengths and weaknesses will allow you to at least know what to work on and ask a more detailed question more suited to your needs.

it depends what you want to do, speed training, core training, or general golf fitness. For speed training there is a great Gym workout routine published in this forum (the name has slipped my mind) for General golf fitness check out Fit for Golf .blog which has some excellent specific programs (follow him on twitter for discount codes), if you want really good free stuff, for your whole body check out hasfit

If your looking for free it's still free to go for a walk/run. Great "functional" exercise too!

 

But in reality any online fitness program is not going to be cheap. Any tailored exercise program for your specific needs is going to cost money. If you want to incorporate more golf specific rotational exercises into your fitness regimen there are tons of Instagram profiles that show these exercises for free. Some are: @abfitnessandgolf, @forefitnessgolf, @joeydgolf, @andopfs.

You can try looking around on Youtube. A lot of organisations have semi-complete fitness courses online.
