Quick update:

 

At the suggestion of a few others I grabbed a Kings Brand Elbow BFST wrap and it's been 3 weeks now and I've made significant progress. At first i though it was just a heating pad, but whatever web technology they have seems to be working. Elbows actually feel good and i'm actually making progress. I'm using it on both elbows (20min at a time 2-3 times a day).

Using it on the elbow that had surgery and it def seems to have sped up the healing. Also using it on the left elbow (golfers elbow on that side) and this week it's felt almost normal!!!! So take that for what it's worth.

I'm happy i gave it a shot and honestly surprised it works as well as it has. We are all dealing with some of the same issues so i'm happy to report back with anything that seems to be working. I would recommend looking around before buying to see if you can get it any cheaper than the website. If not then website is your best bet.

I ordered the heat and cold wrap. $200 is worth it to speed up recovery. The MMT shafts you recommend are also going in the bag once I can start swinging again!

Best of luck. I didn't get the cold wrap because I had something similar already. The MMT's will certainly help in reducing the impact and hopefully preventing future issues.

 

I like that King Brand had these BFST wraps for each joint in the body. Makes it easy and definitely worth a try before going under the knife. Wish i had known about them before i had surgery as a last resort option.

The only videos I've ever used for tennis/golfers elbow are Jamie Dreyer videos on YouTube (GolfWRX wont let me post links yet). Cleared up symptoms within a week or 2.

Yeah he does tyler twist and some others. All good stuff for sure but it all depends on whats going on. For me the flexbar wasn't great. It created more pain since i had issues in both elbows. I am using it now though since i've had surgery.

Dude what’s going on with this thing? I don’t want to jump the gun but two days in of using 3-4 times per day and my pain has decreased by like 30%. Im not sure what is happening but I like it and hope it continues

haha wow that's quick but the King Brand BFST elbow wrap is legit no doubt about it. Took me longer to feel the effects but it's gotten me to the point where my elbows feel (dare i say) normal again. Granted my right is recovering from surgery but combined with massage it's feeling great and the left elbow is not feeling near the level of tightness.

 

I highly recommend anyone on the fence to give it a shot because god knows its a much cheaper alternative to all the copays and cortisone shots i've had to pain for.

Just started using the Kings Brand BFST unit combined with the ice gel band and it is a great combo....I bought the package but never used the ice band until today and the relief was wayyy more than the BFST unit alone. It seems golfers elbow never goes away completely, it can just be maintained.

For those that got the Kings Brand combo, just curious how you used the combo? I got both and I've read on their site to wait 30-45 mins after ice to use BFST but I've noticed lately my elbow will mostly feel fine then I'll use the BFST and I'll feel pain. Not sure if that's normal or what. Also, did anyone else experience some pain in their pinky finger along with golfers elbow?
