Forest Hills Field Club - NJ

Hey All,

 

Does anyone have any pricing information on Forest Hills Field Club in Bloomfield NJ? I have been in contact with the membership director and they are not willing to discuss pricing over the phone/email and would like me to come in. Unfortunately I am unable to get there in person due to work. If anyone has any information they can share please let me know. I happen to have pricing on a bunch of clubs in the area as well.

I am 29 and turn 30 in March

This is from 2018 for 31-39 age group, so figure a little less, but in 2020 it may be different.

$8,000 initiation fee
$100 food minimum April-December, does not include alcohol
$8,250 dues/$916.67 dues per month from April-December
$30 for a cart
$50 for caddy, before gratuity

you could ask if they'd be willing to meet with you over Zoom. maybe they'd share the pricing then since they're seeing you in person. ive heard tri-state area clubs that have even done interviews via zoom this year.

Thanks! I had the 2018 pricing as well, but i was informed there was new ownership and pricing has changed. (Not sure how accurate that is) 

 

Someone also mentioned they onboarded a lot of new members in 2020 and annual dues dropped significantly. Not entirely sure how true this is, so was looking to confirm

Would be very interested to hear if that is the case! The price previously never seemed to make sense for the golf course. Although a fun design and a great architect, it still lacks a lot compared to similarly priced courses

I just joined The Hill. If you contact the Director of Membership and Marketing, he only requires you to speak with him over the phone to obtain pricing and details. His name is Kris Jones and his email is [email protected]. You just need to schedule a phone call with him. He's super busy, they brought in 180+ members in 2020! 

 

Pretty simple task for someone seriously considering joining a private club. If it's still the same guy, he's young and really easy to talk to. I was on the phone with him for like 10/15 minutes and got all the details (and then some) about membership and pricing.
