UPDATE: I've received my full refund. It sounds like He and his family were pretty badly impacted by Covid. Glad we were able to resolve this and hope the family recovers well.

Just so people are aware. He bought the driver from me and later that day I tested positive for COVID. My wife and I both tested positive for it and it has been an extremely tough time. I wasn’t able to get it out due to Covid. He has been refunded in full.
