Maltby TS1 forgiving?

Hello. I am currently playing taylor made rac cb. I am looking at the Maltby TS1 and the TS2. I don’t like the thick top line of TS2 and like like the looks of the TS1. Am i going to struggle with the Ts1 as a 20 handicap? I like how my current racs feel and as long as they are not more difficult i’m gonna get them.

Yes they are.  Definitely more so than your rac cb.  Especially towards the toe

TS1s are a great club. I'm thinking of building a 2nd set of them. My 1st set is in my kid's bag and he loves them. The only reason I gave them up was because I was offered a great deal on some new Callaway Apex Pros earlier this year. I find the TS1s to be very easy to hit, forgiving and they look pretty damn good too.

Buy a 6 or 7 iron and test it. I find them forgiving,  but my misses are probably smaller than yours also. Best thing to do is try 1.

What are you looking to improve on? The TS1 is far more forgiving than it looks but the STi2 might be a better choice. Much less expensive and more forgiving, especially the way it interacts with the ground.
