Fuji Motore X F3 vs RDX Blue in fairway wood

Greetings.  I am in search of a fairway wood shaft for my 3 and 5 wood and have narrowed my picks down to the Fuji Motore X F3 and the Hzrdus RDX blue.  I am an average SS of 100-103 and I am not a heavy loader or have a quick transition so I prefer the two profiles of these shafts.  I am also a high spin player and do not have an issue with getting the ball into the air.  Any insight would be appreciated.  Many thanks.

Fwiw, I don’t know if 100-103 is you driver ss or your woods, but I’m around 108 mph with the driver. The motore x f1 8x was my favorite wood shaft in a sim 5w. I got it take away at tsa thought, struggling to replace it since.

I have a Motore X F3 stiff in my Mizuno STZ 3 wood.  The shaft is very good for me as I have a smooth transition and the shaft seems to fit that type of swing.  I tried the club on a trackman type booth before buying it.  The smooth transition swings gave me the best shot quality.  When I tried to get more speed with a harder transition, the shaft was less effective.  The smoother swings probably produced better contact along with better timing so I don’t know if that will happen consistently, but seeing the numbers on the screen was useful information and I am happy with the club.  I am a long time TEE player so my expectations for fairway woods are pretty high.
