MP4. What Mizuno MP CB is similar

Currently playing MP4 with R300 and love them. Considering a mixed set. What MP CB is closest in terms of MIO etc that will produce a similar flight with the same shafts.

the MP 64 were the CBs that were released along with the MP4. There was a bigger pocket cavity iron as well the Mp 54.

I gamed the 54s for years.  Loved them.  But even in the short irons, I think the sole will be too wide.  And I'm guessing that OP wants MP4 in short irons and CB in the long irons.

 

I agree with @BottleCap , I think the starting point is MP64.  The previous generation, MP63, also comes to mind. Both are about as close as you can get to a blade, yet still have some perimeter weighting.

 

In more recent versions, the JPX line (919 Tour, 921 Tour) seemed to get better reviews than the few MP CB offerings, like MP18 SC.

Last 3 years had mp63 then mp62 and Bridgestone J33cb set arrived 2,3 weeks ago so mp62 just went to new owner! Look to JDM Yamaha,Yonex,so much to try in cb's....919,929 appear to be very popular.

the 64's are butter.  Such a great CB

I play the MP4s and have recently decided to try the MP20 HMBs.

 

I play in a lot tournaments and need all the help I can get. Plus I get to reshaft the MP4s for use later when I get sick of the hollow body construction.

I have an MP-54/MP-4 combo set. 4-6 in the MP-54, and 7-P in the MP-4. I wanted the extra forgiveness of the 54 in the longer irons but I did consider the 64. 
 

I prefer the looks of the MP-63 to the MP-64, but aesthetically through the set, the 64 are a better match to the 54 and 4. As the 54, 64, and MP-4 were released together, this is not a surprise. 
 

I’m super happy with my 54/4 mix, and I think the right blend can suit most golfers. I have “modern” shafts in mine, and I think that makes a big difference as well.
