@blev2 I'd love for you to tell us all, technically speaking, why they are better?  What have the engineers over at Wilson overlooked?

I think a very telling thing for Artisan is that they have a good amount of professional golfers that are playing their equipment and those guys still buy their wedges from artisan. They don’t pay players or even give away clubs for free. I feel pretty confident any wilson club on tour is only there because that person is being paid to play it. Tour players playing artisan are choosing to play artisan. It’s just a better wedge. 
 

You can disagree and that’s fine. Enjoy your Wilson’s.

I mean, whatever makes you feel good about the clubs you play! No matter the discussion, a players skill shouldn't be used as a discussion point in reference to their knowledge of the game or its equipment. 

 

The discussion of artisan wedges and putters etc etc is not to say they aren't nice, beautiful clubs. I think they are.  With that being said, I see people selling them on the BST all the time. Interesting to me people do the 3 hour fitting...pay all thay cash, then sell them for half the price to pickup an odyssey or a scotty (which give their putters away to hundreds of players)

 

Not a single person has provided a reason why they are superior to other clubs.  I used Wilson as an example, but the fact artisan doesn't sponsor players, doesn't make them superior.  By that logic one would be saying Callaway, Titlest, TM, etc are inferior club makers. 

 

To each their own I guess.  

 

Once again, I think their clubs are beautiful, and have no issue with people buying and selling them, I just havnt found a reason to believe they are superior to other clubs like their loyalists say.
