Shout out to Seemore Customer Service!!!!

I arrived to play in a tournament Saturday December 17, 2022, at my home course.  My bag has a putter well.  Somehow, the putter was snapped in the middle of the shaft.  It needs re-shafted, and when I took it to the local PGA Superstore, they were not capable of re-shafting the putter.

 

Sent an email to Seemore "contact us" for help Saturday afternoon at 2:32 Eastern time.  I received a response from Seemore at 9:23 Sunday morning. We then exchanged a few more emails on Sunday to get everything clear for the repair, and I shipped everything out this morning.

 

I am really impressed that there customer service is responding personally on weekends and Sundays.

 

P.S.  The putter itself is great to.  It is the Seemore M6ss (yes, I go both ways, lol). Great feel, easy to line up and consistent with speed and distance.

 

Thank you Seemore and Mr. Pouliot in customer service.

 

 

P.S. And by "going both ways," I mean I putt long putts right handed and short putts left handed because I have a 20 year case of the yips, and putting short putts left handed, I don't yip.

I have never heard anything negative about Seemore putters or the company that makes/markets them. Seem to be high quality folks.

SeeMore customer service is second to none. I had a similar experience a few years ago and they turned my putter around in just a couple of days. Terrific folks there!

I hope to hear from SeeMore customer service as my putter head fell off right before a tournament! Had to borrow a putter from the pro shop.
