I have posted both our Super Bowl and our Dark Horse picks twice in the last couple of weeks and I will post them again tomorrow. NCLancer has posted our Dark Horse picks recently as well and his has some of the already in results. 

 

You know for the rookie in the group you can be a touch how should I say it? Overly particular. 

 

I believe most in the group are up to speed on the "Future's Picks" we made before the season started.

... Wow, the draft in April is changing rapidly and winning games is making losers in the draft. If things hold up for the Patriots and they win against the Bronco's, they will have dropped out of the Williams/Maye QB derby. I don't know how the 4-11 teams break down for strength of schedule so as it stand now, either the Patriots or Commanders will have the 3rd and 4th picks. I seriously doubt the Cardinals will take a QB so a trade down to 3 would be ideal where they could take Harrison Jr. But any number of teams might want to trade up for that #2 slot and take Williams/Maye. Two more games to go and lots could happen but it is getting pretty exciting for the losers!

I can absolutely relate to this...I washed dishes nights and weekends my senior year of HS (ending my hockey and baseball careers) and I can remember a few times driving home from work after closing, driving the basically straight roads and truly wondering if I was "on the road".  I drove my parents '76 Monte Carlo that year and it was a beast.  Never hit any mailboxes or ended up in any ditches and for that I'm thankful.

Pushing people out of the snow that did get stuck was something that you did without hesitation as you never know when you might require the help of a stranger.  Your trunk always had gloves, a hat and a shovel!

It’s hard to “tank” in the NFL, but if you don’t have a QB and you believe there are 2 can’t miss prospects, how do you not lose to secure 1 of those picks.  The Patriots winning tonight could jeopardize their chances significantly.  Then again they are arrogant enough to believe another TB will fall in their laps. The Commanders are my bet to end up at #2.  They would have an interesting decision to make, because with new ownership, they will clean house.

Oh Crap! They have to make the Super Bowl preview an 8.15 start.  Corporate America has permeated the NFL in a big way. Games spread out all over the calendar.  I want to watch the Ravens - Niners two of my favorites in the league.

Jonathan Allen will be on the trade block so I guess it’s going to be a total rebuild.

... Yea, you have GM's and coaching staff that need to win to keep their jobs. Same for many players on the bubble. I have been on bad teams and a single win can do wonders for morale. But this is an unusual circumstance where two as close to cannot miss QB prospects as there can be, are available and if you have a chance to get one of them, I would think a smart GM could find some way to lose. That Patriots win could prove catastrophic for them, unless Jaydon Danials continues to improve and becomes that gem in the rough QB that GM's dream about. They are very lucky he will available at #4.

... Never more apparent than the Fox NFL Sunday show that is one huge corporate sponsored propaganda show. I used to watch live but now wait a good 1/2 hr so I can fast forward to the actual football content along with the brief comedy skits. Fast forward through the rest of the stuff that takes up 1/3rd of the show now.

To add to what @touch said there is 1 more way to earn points.  Each participant will need to pick 1 team from the NFC and AFC as their preseason Super Bowl picks.  You also need to provide a point total.  These need to be posted before first game of the regular season.  
 

Example:

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Philadelphia Eagles- Total points 70.

If the 2 teams you pick make it to the Super Bowl and your total points are within 7 points, you will earn a 50 point bonus added to the overall standings.

... Had a good weekend with Fan Dual winning 6 games (Bears, Dolphins, Browns, Lions, Packers and Seahawks) and losing 1 (Colts). I bet $1 on a 7 game parlay that would have paid $87 but the Colts didn't come through.
