I had black Gen 2/4/5 and the 0317 CB look great in black, I don't get any glare or anything off of the DC so far, they also hide wear well as of now compared to a guy in our normal group who has the two tone.

Nothing concrete, but last week a PXG fitter told me he thought it would be early fall before they are released.

Had a really good session with my Gen 6 irons today. The only improvement would be less offset in the longer irons. Other than that they feel great and go like stink!

loving mine, Axiom 105’s are the most accurate iron shafts I’ve ever hit, amazing in the Gen 6 so far

The Axiom weights don't quite line up for me, however I'm loving my steelfiber 95s.

Nothing yet I am now out of the 30 days on my Gen 6. But very happy with them!

I have never hit drives as far and consistent as I have been with Black Ops.  It’s the real deal.  I thought it was the new ball I’ve been playin but then started mixing up balls and it’s not.  Hands down driver of the year.

What is your swing speed?

Club speed has been averaging 96.3.   Ball speed 141 average.   Smash factor 1.46.  Why?

Just curious. You say driver of the year, that has my attention. I’m 30 mph faster than you so probably need to do my own testing.

I would unquestionably do it now and take the PXG $200 challenge now until April 30th.   If Black Ops doesn’t beat your current gamer in terms of tighter dispersion or more distance, PXG will send you a $200 Mastercard Rewards Card.   That’s a no brainer.

from looking around, it looks like 110/115 mph and up benefit going to tour-1 in lieu of BO. YMMV

Were you fit well for your previous driver, or off the rack/big box fitter?

I was fit at the time but have been playing a lot along with hitting the gym in off season, a lot.  Game has improved significantly over the last year or so.   Something changed and the Black Ops just fits me perfectly now.  It’s so good for me I’m not looking back.

For $25 to get fit it’s absolutely worth it.

I asked a few weeks ago and was told their players are happy with the SD2 and not to expect a replacement soon, which contradicted what I heard late last year. I also haven't seen anything new pop up in socials or in WRX photos. Last 2 SD generations are great, not really sure how they could improve SD2 outside of making more bounce and finish options. Which their players get, but not sure how much of an appetite within PXG to mass produce.
