Relaunched SIM2 Max Drivers in UK???

Hiya, appreciate that this is a US based forum but in the UK, 2 Retailers have brand new SIM2 Max Drivers as SMU (Special Make Up) and are selling for £250

 

Does anyone know if these differ at all from the original release? I know that Cobra did something similar with an F9 (SMU) but it didn’t have the same face tech as the original.

 

Recently bought a Qi10 to replace my SIM2 Max but not seeing any improvement so thinking of just getting a new SIM2 Max head but don’t want to do this if they are inferior in any way!

 

I messaged TM but haven’t had a reply!!

Speaking with my club pro it’s excess stock that never sold from a distributor. Don’t know how accurate that is.

@TaylorMade Golf still has them. Our son got one in 9* after playing his Qi10  Max one simulator round. Says the Sim2Max is much hotter.

The same thing happened two months back here in Thailand (Sim2, not the max), suddenly the TM stockist had hundreds of these in stock. Were selling for 7,900 Baht ($220) so I snapped one up. It's just as good as anything out there at the moment in my opinion.

Looks like Taylormade are moving their stock of older models to Asia and the UK. You still see a few over here in the US, but they are $299.

I’d love to hear some more comparisons between the Qi10 and the SIM2 max drivers. These are the exact 2 drivers I’m torn between purchasing. I really like the looks of the SIM2 max but don’t want to feel like I’m giving up forgiveness and 10 yards of distance.

Save your cash and get the Sim2 Max. Our son played his Qi Max one simulator round, sold it and bought the Sim2 Max. Says it’s a lot hotter off the face. I looked at the yesterday in DSG and it actually looked better than the Qi to me at address.

SIM2 purchased today! I saw the qi10 in person today at GG for the first time and they just happened to have a new SIM2 max 9* to compare. You hit it spot on! The sim2 looks so much better! Walked out with the SIM2 max!

I’m still in the OG Stealth after trying the Stealth2. Tried the Qi Max to no avail, didn’t like the feel at all!

Yeah feel was not good to me or sound. Stealth2 standard version felt more solid sounded better and was easily going further.
