Howzit AC...nice to see you back. Wedges...the only club other then a putter I have many of. Currently playing the Mizuno MP T-11 in 52* and 60* with the True Temper Spinner shafts. I'm really surprised how well they still spin with conforming grooves. Although...I did but out of Proto/Proto Type Chikara's the other weekend as well. Interesting ripping off a cover of a Cally iZ on the first 3/4 shot. :p

I wanted to drop a quick note to say. I have been on Oahu for 11 years and originally from California. In my former life, I worked in the golf industry for 18 years and am or rather was a certified Ping club fitter.

I guess I can check in also. I'm deployeed at this. Its hot as HELL here. 125 yesterday. I have been lucky enough to get a round of golf in at the Qatar Masters course since I have been over here.

Can't wait to get home six months no golf is driving me nuts.

Howzit Jason! Lucky you on Kauai! You get to play one of my most favorite courses in the State and it's CHEAP!! Wailua has been my fave since I was a kid first starting golf and flying up to Kauai each summer to stay and visit family! Some of my relatives still work there too! HAHA! Welcome to the Hawaii Room!

I actually played Wailua today, it didnt take me long to discover this nice little gem. Id say the course is probably the greatest golf value in the country Its a challenging little track too!

If only I lived closer though, im about 40 minutes away on the north shore or I would take advantage much more!

Got my 1st crack at The Prince course a few days ago. WOW what a brute! I honestly almost ran out of golf balls lol. I cant wait to get another crack at it. They have a deal going right now $150 down and $55 per round for the rest of the year. Still kinda pricey (compared to my old florida cheap golf) but $55 for such an amazing course is a great deal in the big picture. Ill just have to walk wailua at twilight ($7.50) for my 2nd weekly round

I just dont know if my ego (or golf ball stash) can handle it

PS - Still looking for some golf buddies in Kauai

Jason...sounds like a pretty good deal...that $150 and $55 a round especially for that course. Hell..I'd pay that for sure if we had the Prince to play in Honolulu!

LOL..busted! Yup..if I'm not on the course..I'm usually hanging around equipment somewhere if I'm not at work. Definitely usually at AGC most of my off time. For sure, you'll probably run into me there some day!

Its been awhile but am finally starting to play golf again! Names Wes, from Honolulu. I think I recognize a few people here still and I saw a familiar face at Roots just the other day!

Ive never been to AGC but will have to check it out....now to finish cleaning up the cobwebs and rust off the clubs and fill in a few gaps and ill be ready to hack it up again!
