What's the longest driver you've ever hit?

Id say the Nike Sasquach although its disgustingly ugly, It was real hot coming off the face. I still stick to my old trusty Callaway Big Bertha II 8.5 degrees with speeder shaft though...

I got my old Cobra 420 with Harrison Pro 2.5 Ti over 300 a couple times, which was great for me.

 

Today, I picked up my Cleveland 460 Comp with the Harrison Mugen. I see a few 300+ drives in my future!!!!!

1st: Taylormade r7 9.5 with a Aldila NV 75s (setting:Low) this is my current driver

 

2nd: Taylormade R540 9.5 with a Harisson Pro 2.5 s (Bombed a 375 yarder!)

 

 

My r7 is consistantly long and straight, but i went to a demo day not to long ago and i tried a SQ Tour with an aldila NV in it and it could possibly kick the R7 out of the bag. but i need a side by side comparisson to see.

300 tour, HK Pro 80 tipped a little bit to get rid of some of the torque (played more like an SKW)

 

Still one of my favorite drivers of all time, I wish I wouldn't of cracked it. I cant seem to replace it, as hard as I tried. I really think the COR must of been way off as not even the new stuff has come close.

The Driver I just put into play this past weekend...Srixon W404 9.5 w/ Diamana 73 stiff (Japan Flowerband of course). Long and straight, I could not have placed the ball in better spots in the fairway!!!

 

We will see how long(pun intended) it stays in the bag though...got a 505 driver coming this week and from what I hear that is even longer.

Adams 460 dual comp 9.5 degrees. Grafalloy NT shaft. I suspect that the same shaft in my olf 430q might get me another yard or 2 though!

im playing my old Si3 10* green dot, and it is still one of the deepest for me.

BUT there was a demo day at my course the other day, R7 425 with a YS-6 shaft. It is at least 20 yards deeper. i think the Ping just has a much lower COR.

The longest i've hit is a 47 inch SMT 455 DB but I can't do it consistently. The longest one i've hit with great consistency is the one that is currently in my bag. It is a Maruman Exim Nano II (non conforming). It is a 45.5 inch 425 cc cannon. Should stay in my bag for awhile.

Would have to say my Cleveland Launcher Comp had the longest carry drives I've ever had. :yahoo: :crazy:

 

My Callaway X460, Cleveland Launcher 460 & 400 are also pretty long with the added roll.

 

Longest drive ever was with my Cobra SZ 400. I drove the green on a par 4 that was 340 yards (2 bounces on the cart path helped it the last 30 yards or so). ;)

Cleveland 400 Tour 8.5 w/ Aldila Green Lizard Protoype 65-X, hit it 375 yards. Only reason it stopped was I reached the creek 20 yards behind the green.

First - 9.5 TM 580XD TP ZCOM BW65 (S) - my current driver. It was like playing a new course the first few rounds with this driver.

 

Second- Retail 10.5 TM R7 Quad Grafalloy Blue ® - back-up driver

Cleveland Launcher 400 9.5* with a Vista Tour 70 Stiff flex at 44". I put one out at 315- measured via GPS in the cart. Pumped out a few in the 290's but most were in the 270-280 range. Crazy long for me.

 

Previously it was an Alpha RX460 with a Penley STEALTH 70 R flex at 45"- longest was a cart path assisted 319 again measured via cart GPS. Usually, I hit it in the 260 range.

Couldn't believe it myself but took my Nak Htec 8.5 with diamana 83x and knocked one 390-400 yards on a 550 yard par 5. I had a little bit of tail wind helping but no downslopes or cartpaths. Average driving distance today was about 310-330 yards. First time I used that combo and needless to say, I'll be sticking with it for a while.

Has to be my new Nak 9.5* HK 110 pro Fujikura S Flex "44.5 D2 swing weight. Jesus this thing is so hot off centre hits feel better than any other driver I've used. 280-290 carry with a nice roll out. Best and longest driver I've ever used.

:friends: My new cleveland launcher comp 8.5 with aldila nv green 75 x. first hole 375 yds and very tight, I was in the bunker infront of the green, 10 yards, 365 yds, straight! ! My first tee shot with it! 2nd hole was 354 yards and I was 5 yards infront of the green. I actually get roll now! woo hoo! I would say my titleist 983 K was my 2nd, at 330 yds but I didnt know where it was going. I am a cleveland ho now! There goes my cash.

i've heard great things about cleveland 460 comp, but i've been hitting the best and longest drives of my life with my r7 460 retail, 10.5* stock shaft.
