Having used forged Mizuno irons exclusively for the last 13 years, I feel a real sense of loyalty to the brand and absolutely love their irons. When the MP600 came out I immediately ordered one following positive results at a demo evening. Unfortunately the gamer that arrived was somewhat less hot than the demonstrator with the same loft and shaft and was consistently 20 yards shorter than my trusty 510TP with Speeder 757, which has been in the bag for about 5 years now.

For a couple of years I've been searching for a slightly more forgiving driver but have been unable to find a replacement which is both forgiving and anywhere near as long as my 510TP. I've recently had some degree of success with a tour burner TP with the diamana whiteboard, so I know the shaft suits me. That said, I can't stand the look of the tour burner at address, my preference being for a much more traditional head shape.

I'm really keen to try the MP630, which looks to fit the bill on all accounts, but having recently taken redundancy to take a twelve month career break can't justify the expenditure on golf clubs at this stage, especially if I have a similar experience as I did with my last mizuno driver purchase.

For brand loyalty, because I think the set-up would really suit me and because I'm extremely keen to try the new driver I feel I would be a worthy winner!! That said, if you simply randomise the posts to select a winner none of this really matters, so just sign me up....

Why has the MP 630 no tour presence???? The MP 600 was short time in some bags, but the 630 is nowhere.
