I guess, I'm on the other end of the spectrum. Last year I had:

 

Big Bertha 454 Driver

Big Bertha Ti Fairway 3W

Heavenwood 2h

Heavenwood 3h

Big Bertha 2004 Irons

Callaway Forged+ 56º Wedge

2 Ball White Steel

 

Look at my sig for my current equipment, I guess I'm a current club ho...

 

All kidding aside, I only upgraded my clubs because it was the last time that I could for the next few years b/c I suspect there will be a little Ray Ray in my near future.

Play discounted 704 cb's & even older backup TM Forged 300's doesn't bother me one bit.

After many attempts over the years (with current-for-the-time models), the oldest clubs in my bag since '99, Firesole fairway woods (powdered-black 2 years ago) have been replaced by 3 yr-old R540xd FWs...which says something about how often I replace clubs...my newest are the Nike OZ T100 Bluechip...still on the sales floor next to the black version.

With the way companies are turning over product lines these days it would be hard to stay current.

 

I my 3w, 5w, irons, and wedges are all no longer produced.

My Cobra SZ 400 Tour is so lovely, why I need to care it's discountinued or not.

In fact, I bought it (all new) by the discontinued price last summer (less than $150) and now it is still under the clearance at some stores.

The loud sound for the mis-hit is an issue for me now. I've no way to know I hit the sweet spot or not by just listening (the sound is always the same.)

 

and the putter I used now, Tommy Armour 845 DLT 02.365 32.5 which is a really old old model, is really damn good. The 365 gram for 32.5 lenght is just perfect. I tried various Camerons and they all too light for 32/33 length.
