i'm a big fan of the ball towel from Rule Twentyone, for me it is the perfect towel to take to the green and leave my bag towel on the bag.

if you don't want to pay shipping, a lot of clubs have these with the club logos. I have a few from all of the Bandon resort courses and one from WeKoPa.

For those of you who got the black ones, how are they? I'm debating between getting a white or black towel, any feedback is appreciated.

I just search the bay for microfiber towels, buy the biggest cheap ones I can find and go for it. Unless its windy, they stay wet the whole round.

I saw a pic of the one I ordered last year on there site. It lasted one round before I lost it at Ballyneal and that was the end of my custom towel days.
Oh in case anyone picked it up it's the one with sixty nine across it, would love to know if it worked well .

I am using the black ones, green ones and white ones.. In the interest of full disclosure, I like them so much I decided to rep the towels (which I was not doing when I started the thread).. sold a few hundred the first day to a couple of buddies.. they really are nice...make great corporate gifts.. at a club near you soon.. we hope! Thanks.

bath towel weighs a few pounds when you soak half of it. Player's or microfiber towel, doesn't.

I love mine and i was always a regular towel users. It is light weight, hold water without dripping and love the putter slit. Plus i can customize it, i put the courses name on it that i play at all the time. Showed the owner and he is going to order them to sell.

I'm a convert... although I use the Club Glove version, which is essentially the same thing... $19.95 but I bought a few from Golfsmith with $10 coupons so essentially $10 each. Saw some logo'd PT's at Grand Cypress this week but they were $30...

Echoing what others have said, great size, holds water well without weighing down, cleans easily, what's not too love.

The Frogger is much heavier and bulkier by comparison.

Do you still need a brush, or does the mirofiber create enough friction to clean out grooves?

You don't need a brush. I still have a brush because I didn't want to cake mud on my towel or at the range. I brush and then towel most of the time. Life of a digger.

Was close to ordering a players towel but after shipping it came out to $34. Ended up getting a club glove on eBay for 15 shipped I can go to the mall and get it customized for less than 10 if I really wanted to but will probably just leave it.
