Who cares about the swing if you can just get new clubs and put a 65 on the scorecard? .. too bad it didn´t work out for me the last /$§&%" times I bought new sticks.

Confirming that Tiger is using new VR Pro Blades. I got a few good looks at his bag today (couldnt take pics, sorry) but he is indeed VR Pro Blades.

look nike says hes using the vr pro blades it sounded must crisper when he struck the ball not sure if thats the irons or him finally comming back to old form he was also rolling it with the method 003 again which is suprising because its the first time hes used it in the U.S. even though he said he didnt make any putts he had much better pace and only one bogey should have been none. i think he is also using a vr pro 3 wood glued not with the straight fit hosel. he also hit a rope 3 wood from the tee that was with this and it sounded much different from the sq he normally uses but it sounded good he still used the sq 5 wood but not 100% if he used the vr peo or not.

He actually has the 5 wood at least as a VR Pro. His second into 16 he said was a 5 wood and the camera showed the red and black sole. I think the height to the shots is more of a swing thing than the clubs.

On a side note every time someone makes the stupid "his clubs are miura/mizuno/blah blah blah", I'm going to kill a kitten, and it will be all your fault.

I havent seen any close up shots of his driver this week, but when I was watching the coverage on TV, when he was on the tee and backed off in his backswing, the head looked huge. Looked much bigger than the small VR driver he was using. I could be mistaken, but it just looked really large.

I thought he barely even played the real VR blades. He switched to an unreleased version with the straight muscle back long ago. It seems to me like Nike just finally released the version Tiger was already playing.
