What kind of putter do you use?

Just went from a mallet NC Voodoo to a Cameron Studio Stainles 2.5 and a TP Mills 14 putter. Really weird getting used to blade putters again as over the last 3 or 4 years my putters have all been mallet (2 ball, odyssey white hot rossie and NC Voodoo)

I use a Ping Ally. I cut it to 30''. The face is hard which i like because I defenitely don't play on fast greens. The alignment aid is black which I also like because it goes with the black line I draw on my ball.

Right now I have an Odyssey 2-ball, but looking to replace it with a T.P. Mills!

I know what you mean, I went to golf galaxy with my grandfather who is a total old school golfer(he stopped using persimmon 2 years ago) and I wanted him to putt with it he picked it up and just laughed. he also thoght the 3-ball was funny(until I made 2 20 footers in a row with it, then I put it down I thought it was weird and I use the futura) and the bettinardi face desighn; he thought it was really weird but hey, wait till he sees the ft-1 and the sumo-squared :drinks:

I use a SC SS Newport Beach, but have a Phantom Mallet 2 if I feel I need to change things up a bit.

Hey Cleve...do you feel more like you are working out than putting while using the heavy putter? i really couldn't believe how heavy the grip was. you are right the head actually feels pretty nomal. I just couldn't get over feeling like i had a 10lb dumbell in my hand.

No question, it was so hard to get used to putting with something so heavy, but similar to Rich's experience, the first time I putted with it, I made 3 -15 footers in a row, after I did that, there was no question it was going in the bag. I never thought I would use an 'AS Seen on TV' club, but guys this thing really works. Weighs the bag down a little bit, and it aint the prettiest thing in the world, but when it makes putts, I'd putt with anything to tell you the truth!

I've tried several Scotty's but nothing felt just perfect.

When I picked up this (used) my putting game completely changed.

Can't say for sure it's the AGSI grooves but it just works.
