Las Vegas In October - Where should I play?

I'll be in Vegas Oct. 9-14. Shadow Creek is closed. I'm already playing Cascata. Where should I play the second round? Money is no object. Public or private - it doesn't matter.

Like I stated in my first post, Shadow Creek is [b]closed[/b] (for overseeding) during my time in Vegas. Anyone else have a recommendation?

I haven't played there but I hear Wolf Creek north of Vegas is not to be missed. Also I don't know the name of it but what Rio Secco, I think it's Butch Harmons home course and I believe Natalie Gulbis has been known to make a drop in.

Wolf Creek is certainly worth the drive and so is the Chase. Here are phootos of each.

Badlands/Silverstone /Primm Valley these are three different courses run by the same firm

southern highlands if you have access

[Route 66]

I would recommend:

Southshore at Lake Las Vegas
Southern Highlands
Dragonridge
Bears Best

Southern Highlands, Southshore and DragonRidge are all private but I know you can likely buy your way on Southshore and DragonRidge but Southern Highlands may be a little more difficult. As far as local public goes I would check out Bears Best and Rio Secco to see what kind of shape they are in. TPC Vegas and TPC Summerlin are also both good tracks.

Thanks guys. I'm going with the Wynn because that's where I'm staying so it's literally in my backyard. I'm already leaving town to play cascata. Plus I'll be able to compare it to Shadow Creek when I play that in a couple months. Thanks again 4 the suggestions.

Primm Valley Lakes course is preparring to host a Champions Tour q-school event at the end of October. It's in really good shape
