I want to thank Patrick at Vibrant Golf by making things right and giving me a refund on the work done on my putter. I will say that Vibrant Golf's customer service has been top notch. Also, I seen a lot of pictures of work that Vibrant has done online and it all looks great. That is why I chose them to do the work on my putter. I've honestly never seen any negative feedback on them. I may not use them again for a refinish but I would consider using them again for custom shafts.

The odd thing is that their shafts do look really good. They don't look like your putter at all (which is a good thing). I'm glad things worked out for you--and I'll give you credit for making a neutral original post and asking for opinions before saying how much you didn't like how it turned out.

Wow, the first job definitely wasn't done right but big props to Vibrant golf for fixing it. I ordered some ferrules from them and needed them on a tight deadline and they delivered, great company to deal with, after seeing this and seeing how they handled it I would absolutely do business with them again.

good job to mantis golf for removing that horrible finish that was on there. Putter looks good in black/whit (I game a 2.6 as well). I don't like the black shaft, but I dig the black/white head. I love my 2.6 (not customized yet).
