Nothing exciting, just another round (or 3) of Oskar Blues Old Chub. Really enjoying this brew for a chill night in front of the tv/computer. As several of you have posted, Oskar Blues has some solid offerings.

Picked up a couple of brews from Alpine today. Hoppy Birthday and Pure Hoppiness. I've heard they have some QC issues wince partnering with Green Flash but Pure Hopiness is pretty tasty.

I like DBC. The concept of a coconut Porter always sounded really tasty to me but most I've tried have been let downs. I thought Oskar Blues did a good job on this one.

They all have Alpine bottles. Not sure what that means??

Stuff that is bottled at green flash will have the green flash logo on the actual glass part of the bottles while the alpine will have their logo on the glass bottle. Both will have the alpine paper wrap label, it's just the glass part up by the neck that differs

I just had the last of my founders harvest ale. I should have bought more as I ended up really liking this stuff. It tastes like what I imagine a combination of two hearted and fresh squeezed would be.

Mine were all bottled at Alpine. Should that indicate a "truer to original" taste? It was pretty good. Far mor impressive than Lagunitas Sucks which I like a lot.

Trying to figure out my Christmas and new years line ups.

Thinking one of my parabolas gets opened or maybe XIX both would be nice with the xmas filet. Edit: Scratch that i forgot about my Prarie xmas bomb! That and XIX will get the call.

Popped a '14 Bruery White Chocolate and it had soured...... I looked at my Glocknand debated firing off a mag(joking)! I guess they aren't meant for aging.... Doing a Founders Bast$rd.

Living high tonight -- Trillium Launch to start the night followed by a trifecta of TH in Green, Julius, and DS.

X-mas eve lineup is looking solid with growlers of HF Abner, S&S5 and some bottles of twilight. Also managed to luck out on Heady release Monday and score 32 cans so share with the brothers.

Ok.....found another local establishment with the bcs on tap and they also had project pam and I remember it being brought up in this thread, so after enjoying a few bcs's....on to the project pam.....will say I've never enjoyed the dark ipa's, but this I ne is truly special, so smooth. ipa's have been warming up to me for about a year, year+ now, with the first one I truly could say i liked being the 90 minute...since then i've given the style a fair shake and liked many, this one being 1a or b with the 90 min. Look fwd to trying it again real soon. Also got a chance to talk to a few random ppl at the bar who were craft beer lovers, a nice way to find out what they like and whats out there locally. Merry Christmas!
