and this is what I've come up with. Don't know if I'm doing it right but I'm hitting the ball better. This is a full SW. I have a balance issue that I'm working on and Ive been advised to finish the follow through. I don't know why I saw it off like this. Bottom video is a 3/4 SW.

You are doing a good job but there are some problems
Setup
1.You are playing the ball too far back
2. you need to toe out your right toe 1/4 turn towards the target. This will provide better balance and will make it easier to pivot on the the downswing.
3. slightly shorter backswing .in fact it might be a good idea to try the 8-4 swing at he beginning.
4. easier swing .This is a training drill with a wedge .Swing slower.
5. most golfers adopting the Slicefixer swing have problems with the setup and you are no exception. The proper setup makes it a lot easier to coil back properly ..You need to kick your left knee down and in at setup. This will place weight on the inside of your left foot at setup, will help align your middle and lower spine and will brace your left knee .Your spine should be slightly tilted away from the target if you do this. While most golfers will straighten their left leg during the backswing ,you should should endeavor to maintain most of the brace of this left knee all the way to the top.Watch Dan Whittaker's video"setup" to get a good idea on how to setup-youtube
6.The goal on the 9-3 drill is to pivot through the ball while maintaining the angle of your left wrist through impact. This is usually a difficult thing for a golfer to do, so try these three drills to teach yourself what a proper release really is.
a.Ben Hogan 5 lessons drill on the Ed Sullivan show-youtube.Notice Mr Hogans emphasis on keeping the the upper arms closely connected to the body.Practice the 8-2 or the 9-3 version of this drill.Place a ball down and hit it every third pass
b.Martin Chuck's"golf pro impact drill" again only the 8-2 or 9-3 version of this drill.Notice Martin's emphasis of keeping your left elbow on your left hip during the lower downswing. The great thing about starting from this position is that you can focus on just pivoting to your finish with few thoughts on your hands-youtube
c.punisher drill.Use the search function on golfwrx.select "is this an anti flip drill, pictures included" 1/2 swings at 1/2 speed.pad the extended rod.make sure to start the club back straight for the first 18 inches. The ultimate anti flip drill..Start with long chips and progress slowly.Once you become adept with this drill you will not hit your left ribs on the follow through.

Dan Whittaker has put together a number of excellent drills on the internet.Among them are "pivot""impact and leverage","footwork","arms in front".golf fix 6 and 7,lessons with Isaac and Thorsten

Pleas post a DTL video to check you takeaway, your swing plane and your release and a close up view of your grip, especially the left hand

IDoublecheck the way you bend to the ball
Stand up straight without a club.Place your hands on your hip sockets in front of your body.Push back on these hip sockets .you will feel your hamstrings stretch and your butt go up a little in the air.As you approach grounding the club ,bend your knees. You want to be in a balanced position towards the balls of your feet

slow the backswing down. way down.

also, from the straight on view, it seems like your head is moving alot. im 6'1, 265 and when im not properly aligned my left shoulder will hit my chin before the top of the backswing. for me, thats more lateral movement with the head that i later have to correct for, which slicefixer isnt too keen on. theres a quick fix if this is a problem. try tilting your chin slightly to the right at address. instead of the chin pointing down at the ball, try pointing the chin at your right foot. try a few swings like that, even without a club. the slight adjustment gives you a ton more room the turn the left shoulder down. lifting your chin and looking more down your cheeks can also help.

That would probably be one of the hardest things for him to do and could mess up the whole sequence of his swing. The tempo looks good, backswing speed is fine IMHO.

When your knee starts to break in on the first video, you're very much at 80* or so of shoulder turn. Stop your swing there! Looks like a good start to me.

And don't slow your tempo if it's natural.

Your backswing is a little narrow. This is for two reasons in my opinion:

1. Your hands are too far ahead at address which forces a pick up action and steepens/narrows the swing
2. Your left arm is way to close to your body on the backswing which keeps you too narrow. Try keeping your left arm much more extended on the backswing up and behind you. You can accomplish this by turning the forearm (not your hand) counterclockwise in the backswing. A "flying" left elbow would add some much needed width to your swing and shallow it out.
