Thanks for letting me know the taylormade process....Make a nice looking putter then paint it ugly. Up until know i thought that they just made ugly clubs from the start

Looks like fine grit sandpaper and then some real fine grit, extra fine and then steel wool, maybe?
Hate to say it, as it might sound biased, but I liked this one in white better. Never been a fan of the look you get with cast 304 SS, in a raw state, except for the old PING stuff. They did it a little different during their peak days when things were all done right here in Arizona.
I do applaud you for taking matters into your own hands and doing the work on your own putter, though. THAT is a positive no matter what some guy from AZ thinks about the end result.
