Hey everyone, I'm Aaron from the UK, I'm 26 years old and I played off 20 If I can remember.

I had a two year break from the game due to being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes.

 

So only recently started back to the game, which I have missed so much.

 

I'm looking forward to joining in here and learning new things. I'm a member over at Shawn Clements forum were I've been learning from him for 4 years prior to my break. I was shooting 140-150 in the beginning and after a few months of listening to his advice and learning from this teachings, I was shooting 103-115.

 

So I had my first round in two years yesterday, were I shot 119, which I was very happy with as it was close to my average, and after a while out, I was rusty and sore afterwards.

Welcome, Aaron! My wife's grandfather grew up in an orphanage in England, settled in Banff in the 1890's. So I have a remote UK connection!!

Welcome! I too am a high handicapper working at get better. I usually shoot in the mid to low 90's although I did have one round of an 87(what an amazing day). Keep at it, practice and determination is the only way to get better.
