is there any news from scotty. I hope we see some new putters

I heard about theses pics as well and didn't personally see them, but I did see some at Cameron Collector. I am thinking someone posted pictures from that site and one of the marshalls pulled the post. Just my guess. I saw a couple comments like yours and thought I would throw my theory out there.

Yeah the thread was deleted... had the new circa finishes, the new B60 model, as well the deport will be in the newport 2 and newport 2.5 styles. Think those putters with tongues sticking out the back.

Anyone know if you can get that finish on a current Circa if you send it back to Scotty's shop? Or do you have to wait until these are released to get that finish?

Yes, charcoal mist is now the standard finish you will get when sending 2006 Circas in for restoration.

The red cover is the new Circa cover. I forgot to take pics of the soles, but the paint fill is white and red.

The B back is the new Circa 6. All the Circas now come with the Charcoal Mist finish, hard to see in my poor lighting pics, but really looks nice in person!

I was prepared to not like the Newport Detour, and it absolutely blew me away. Most of the pictures I have seen made it look really big, and it's not big or hideous at all in person. I hit some putts with it, and ordered the 2.5 for myself to try. My problem is my stroke is square to square (with a couple yips in between) :) , and these are really made for a gate stroke. It just felt so good and solid that I have to give it a try!

If only scotty could make a centershafted version; as i have allways addored center shafted putters however i allways seemed to pull short putts with them so this could be the ticket!!!
