Ordered on Saturday, received it early on Friday all the way from Ireland.

Only ordered one in a gift box that I had ordered for a friend. He included a gif box for mine as well. Quality of leather and stitching is top notch. Recommended!

Been using one from Bluegrass Fairways for a year now - it's great.

Great thread and info here. I've been looking off and on for one as well but haven't pulled the trigger.

Noticed in my search that many have a leather old school pencil holder (actual price of leather - not able to adjust to other sizes of writing instruments).. Would like one with an elastic type holder for a small sharpie or a newer smaller pencil man you our sets new now use. anyone also consider this and have a suggested brand or cover? Cheer

House of Flemming in Georgia has always been a great option for leather goods. Many PGA Tour players wear their belts. Ive had a couple of their belts as well and the quality is second to none.

For pencils, I took a metal pocket clip off an old pencil and just reuse it on the course pencils

I looked at sandlot and the photos are exactly what I said I don't want. Beautiful leather but the pencil holder is a single piece of leather - doesn't look like it will fit anything else. Would be nice for something more elastic or flexible for other writing instruments.

Just bought a yardage book and wax pouch from Bluegrass Fairway. Within 10 minutes I had an email from someone there updating me on the process, letting me know when it would be personalized and when it would be shipping out. So far, the customer service has been awesome. As far as the quality, I can't speak for that yet, but I'm sure its going to impress. If anyone is interested I can post pics once I receive the items.

Thanks to the OP for putting this thread together and doing all the leg work, much appreciated!!!

    Thanks,

    Clint

I'm a little biased, but those are for sure the way to go.

That's beautiful - is the top for the yardage book and the bottom for the scorecard? I'm really tempted to get something like this as I really like to walk.

Yes! The bottom fits the scorecard perfectly and holds the pencil in place very nicely and the top holds the yardage book. I walk 95% of my rounds which is normally 100+ a year and this thing is awesome! The weather has been crazy recently and I've played in shorts and pants and it fits in my back pocket very easily as well.

As I had mentioned earlier, customer service was awesome!!! I received both items in about 5 days after ordering and they are both stamped with my initials. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the items and the company.

Thanks, CH! I'm definitely going to order one from them. When I walk, it's frustrating finding a place for the scorecard and pencil and this is a great and classy fix. They're more affordable than most other companies that were listed on the op's post as well!

Ordered my scorecard cover from Carve On on December 27. They were closed for vacation until January 3rd but I received an email (and a facebook message) within an hour letting me know that so that I wasn't surprised of any delay. I asked for a custom logo on the bottom which is a cross with both of my son's initials RBD going down (my oldest) and JBD going across. I have my actual signature as a part of my email and the individual who I emailed saw that and added it to the cover for no charge. Totally cool and I love the way it turned out! They were immediately responsive throughout the process and update you via email and Facebook messenger throughout and when items are shipped AND delivered. Great company! Here are some images:
