Gfore struggles?

I ordered two pair of gfore shoes 5/15/19 from my club. After almost a month I’ve been told by the gfore rep. Via my pro that my shoes would be here tomorrow! Lol. When you call the website they don’t have a corporate number. Seriously? This company is horrendous I cancelled order and will look elsewhere. Anyone else have problems with Gfore?

Massimo's attention is elsewhere these days.

I have had nothing but great customer service experiences with gfore. I have emailed them on two different occasions, they returned emails and got a solution within 24hrs both times. They shipped me a replacement pair of shoes prior to me even returning the defective ones. Too notch in my book.

Yes, had a very positive experience as well. My first pair had the sliver gfore emblem pop out i asked them to send me another one and they sent me a new pair of shoes. They also will sent out free laces which is a nice touch on the other pair I own.

I probably have 10 pairs of G/fore's and every time I've ordered from the website, the service has been top notch. That's unfortunate that you had a bad experience. Did your club place a bulk order or something?

Just based on a few posts in here:

Customer -> G/fore = :)

Customer -> Club -> Pro -> Rep -> G/fore = :(

Did the OP order a new shoe model that just came out or has an uncommon shoe size? With the limited information given, why all the blame on G/fore and none on the Club?

I’ll add a 3rd or 4th.. or whatever experience, the their customer service is fantastic. Had part of the sole peel back on my 2nd pair after a year, brand new pair in the mail within 4 days. Extremely courteous and prompt.

Ill add another to the list of those with positive experiences with GFore. My customer service experience was great. I sent in my old pair and they sent me back a new pair immediately. All of the communication was via email, but the response time was great and everything was taken care of within 24 hours from the initial email, picture of the issue, and sending me a shipping label. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. Hate to be that guy but if definitely sounds like your club is the issue not GFore.

Looking to grab a pair of GFore... do they run true to size?

I actually haven't had a problem before...lucky me

I returned a pair in my standard sneaker size and went down half a size. There was a lot of extra room and I was worried about slipping. No complaints now, great support/traction.

I have big problems with G/Fore every time I walk into a clubhouse that sells their product. Lots of money in my wallet automatically disappears.

This. The first pair I ever ordered were sloppily assembled (extra glue, etc.). One email did the trick and had new ones ASAP.

Another poster said he went down half a size but for nearly everyone else they run small. I returned mine and went up half a size. Probably could have went up a full size and been okay.

I have no dog in this, but what in Hades would "yahoos doing the ordering" from the club have to do with sloppy assembly? Are the yahoos taking the the orders at the counter, then rushing over to the shoe factory and putting extra glue, etc. on them?
