the Ping Sigma Doon 38 length.

Last month, I tested each of the O-Works putters against each putter in the Sigma G range. Feel is subjective but I thought that the Sigma G's had noticeably harder faces. They were too hard for my liking and too clicky.

I really like the soft insert that are in the O-Works range so I got a 2 Ball but some people on here have mentioned that they think it's too soft.

Also, a removable weight does not come with the grip. It must be bought separately.

The Sigma G line definitely has the harder face. I bought a new putter back in February. I tried the O-Works #7, #9, and the R-Line. I ended up going with the Ping Sigma G Darby. I felt the O-Works were much too soft for my liking and didn't really offer any feedback.

I picked up a Sigma G Tyne recently, and the feedback has been disappointing... dull sort of feel all across the face. Not really a fan, TBH.

Sigma g is definitely harder. I did not like the o works insert. Way too soft and almost springy feeling for my taste. I bought a sigma g b60 and so far am happy with it. Prefer the feel of a milled putter though so still looking as that head shape is hard to come by.

I am a Ping guy and wanted to love the Tyne but just didn't get along with it. The 7S was great for me this year, but I am looking forward to the revamped insert coming soon.

 

I bought a sigma g b60 and so far am happy with it. Prefer the feel of a milled putter though so still looking as that head shape is hard to come by.

 

Word is the B60 will be part of the new Vault line coming in Jan/Feb.

Agree with others that the Ping feel is hard, but also felt the Odyssey micro-hinge is so soft it hardly offers any feedback.

 

But I like the No. 7 head shape and tank weighting a lot. So I went with a new No. 7 with the previous Fusion Rx insert and I like it. I prefer the feel of a milled face putter and the Fusion is more in that direction than the micro-hinge.

 

Got mine at 35 inches. Will replace the SuperStroke grip with a 100-gram round Pure grip (the grip on Edel putters, which I have on my Edel wide blade Rogue) ) and see how it performs.
