SC St Patrick's Day release - not that great this year

The new release is out and unfortunately for some, its JackA** Johnny as St Paddy, anti-climactic if you ask me. I was hoping for something a bit more interesting. I wonder how long it'll take for these to be up on eBay for $100-120

I've been a Cameron Club member for the last year and think that most of the special release headcovers in that period have been horrible. This years Club headcover though is very nice and is my current gamer. It's a pity he doesn't do more classy styles like that rather than the cartoonish and garish stuff like Jackpot frickin Johnny.

I like it and I picked one up. It's not my favorite but compared to the lame valentines day release I think it's not bad.

I picked one up as well. Its a Perforated leather which is catching on and its not bad.

The funny thing is since 2,010 were made, it will make the public but the eBay guys, buy them, and right away put them on eBay stating "SOLD OUT IN MINUTES!" I have a small problem with that.

i sold a nintendo ds on ebay and it cost me $13 to ship it, but ebay would only allow a maximum of $4 for the category it was in. i dont think thats fair.

Full marks to the seller for lateral thinking, I say; albeit not for shamelessly profiteering from the sale of a cover at a grossly inflated price five minutes after it was launched.

If eBay pull the auction because he's shown the wherewithal to save few quid on listing fees by being a bit crafty they're mardy buggers.

This one sold out in a little over 5 hours - faster than the hula which IMHO was a much better cover. Very surprising.

Wow, I didn't think it would sell-out but I think I know the reason why. People see that last year's St. Patrick's Day cover was fetching over $175 (because it was a 750 release) and they are trying to flip them. Look at the number of 2010s already up on ebay. I hate the Jack Pot Johnny thing. Scotty Dog would have been much better. They took a nice white cover and really uglied it up IMO.
