Hope everyone gets their orders filled. I ordered some putters from them on May 30, only 1 of which they got right, 1 of which they didn't fill at all despite taking my money, and still haven't received a refund.

(assuming that was you, i cant remember) thats weird, i have ordered 40-50 times over the last 8 years and they have never messed up a single order. Shipping is always fast and packed properly. I hope they fix your issue and refund your purchase.

One good thing about woot is they wont over-sell their inventory. They always show items as sold out when they reach that level.

There were a couple of different threads on this, and I wasn't the only one affected. I'm also not the exception to the rule - go to the BBB site and see several hundred other instances of folks being charged for items not shipped. One of the biggest problems is the inability to have a dialogue with customer service.

For me, all of the above.

Also, this is your chance to get quality, urethane covered balls at a steal. You're going to need balls eventually so why not stock up now? I could never stomach paying $40+ for a dozen balls when deals like this come around every so often.

I've used the lethal balls before. Really liked them. At this price, it's a no brainer for me. I lose a bunch so I figure, why not stock up so I don't have to worry about buying balls for a while (I hope).
