Let me explain to smiley on your behalf.
Homeless are bad people. They don't go to wine bars and don't have a million dollars.
So, they cannot be trusted. Even if more than one gives a story that differs from Allenby.

Allenby on the other hand says this was the spitting image of Taken or Taken 2, which he's watched a few times.

Let's not be sickening and tasteless and speculate baseless, tasteless fiction toward Allenby.
Gentlemen Golfers, that's what the homeless are for. Except for that one that helped Allenby, she's one of the good ones.
No wait. She didn't corroborate her story. Okay, we can disparage her.
No. You missed the point entirely.

Chamberlain was innocent.

You guys are crucifying Allenby and he is the victim.

FTFY................

Just doesnt make sense..... The first reports were already confusing....... He stated he was drinking in Waikiki and found 6 miles outside when he was mugged and dropped off.

He confirmed he was Drinking at the Amuse Wine bar that IS NOT IN WAIKIKI......It is 6 miles outside of Waikiki LOL.....so already his story was messed up from the beginning.......

His story doesn't add up and him getting mugged in that area......highly unlikely........

Maybe.

Any rational decent person would view this thread as a tasteless and vindictive attack on somone who has suffered a misfortune.

It is not, no matter what some of you think, alright to make the outlandish and crass suggestions that many of you have.

Innuendo and unfounded tasteless character slur is what this thread is about.

I have indeed suffered a head trauma. Fortunately it was on a sports field in high school and no alcohol and no caddies and no cab drivers and no homeless people were involved. Thank goodness as they may have been injured.

Actually, I just remembered, there was a second head trauma that I experienced after drinking way to much PJ in college (only Southern Americans know what that is - Google it) when I fell flat on my face and broke my nose.

So, I can relate to Allenby's drunken face-plant very well in fact and if I was 'worth millions' I don't think I would be spouting off about it.

Well, maybe I would, but I'm not, so I don't spout off about it.

I digress...what were we talking about?

If I go out and party too much and fall on my face, have I suffered a misfortune?
Maybe a rational, decent person might make that kind of mistake and own up to it. Rather than create a big story.

Maybe this was all put out there so he wouldn't have to explain to his daughter that he missed calling her on her birthday because he was partying in Hawaii while she was at home.

Kiwi while I agree that it maybe tasteless to attack someone who has suffered misfortune....and I will say yes this was misfortune....bad choice and got taken advantage.

Unless there is proof that he was Mugged/beaten up....... I have no remorse for someone that got wasted and made a BAD DECISION......and the more they dig the more its seems like a drunken night versus being mugged.......

Kiwi lets take it back one more time........

Mr. Allenby was found outside of Inspiration Center, Bloody and beaten.

Mr Allenby awoke to find a homeless person assisting him.

Mr Allenby, didnt realize what was going on, but saw a homeless guy around him, wallet gone and busted face.....Immediately pointing fingers at the homeless guy.....

He then is sent back to his hotel and time to try to remember what happened. All he knows is a broke homeless guy was around him? So was it the homeless guy that robbed him or was he attacked, mugged than dragged 6 miles away?

Nothing makes sense......

Kiwi I respect your ferocity (despite your avatar).

There's no doubt at this point that RA was relieved of his wallet at some point so OK someone used is card to buy some booze.

Does that somehow verify that he was kidnapped and thrown in a trunk and then dumped out onto a curb face-first?

This thread has been really entertaining and I suppose at some point it has to end.

The question is whether it will end with video of him a) wandering around and passing out in the park or b) being abducted a'la Taken 4 and thrown in the trunk of a car.

My B.S. radar votes for choice a). I hope I'm wrong (not really I just added that so be PC)

Kiwi take a breath and remind yourself that you are not Robert Allenby.
Then back up and consider HIS STORY.
1) Try and find one part that does add up.
2) Now try and find another part that doesn't add up?
3) Were you successful at steps one and two? (If so, go to 4. If not go to 7)
4) If steps one and two were successful can you find another?
5) Is it now much easier to recognize the unlikelihood of the entire house of cards?
6) Now pretend that homeless guy you were talking about earlier is trying to convince you the same story is true. Pretty nuts, huh?

7) Did you know gullible isn't in the dictionary? Seriously look it up.

My apologies as I thought you taking a jab at me..... Didnt realize it was rhetorical.

Yes my 75% is uneducated, as I agree he probably was robbed but not violently, he was passed out drunk on the street and someone took his stuff.......Dont think he was "Mugged", "Robbed" yes.....Mugged ....Nope....

As for Kapiolani Blvd....yes I was being a little of a smart @ss....but again highly and I mean highly unlikely due to the high traffic area and security.....across the street is a High-school, again 2, multimillion dollar condos with full security, Ala Moana Shopping center right across the street.

Again unless there was a provocation......mmmmm.....just dont see this things happening......

The funny thing about all of this is if he posted the picture on his Twitter and said that he got drunk, lost his wallet and passed out smashing his face in the process I think a lot of people would have felt sorry for him, myself included, because most of us have had nights of drunken ribaldry. Instead he makes up some weird story about being Taken and tries blaming everyone but himself. Now he will be the butt of jokes for years to come.

Kiwi2.. Lighten up dude/ma'am. maybe the dingo ate your baby is a quote from Seinfeld. It's a joke.
If so it is an ignorant and extremely tastless one.
It is also a quote from a hilarious Simpsons episode.

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
