When are new Pro Combos coming out? Had a set of VPCs beginning of last year I regret selling.

OMG! How long did they take to come in? Will they be ready for tomorrow?

I got them in 2 days ago, but I had my broken nose fixed the same day. I glued them today and will grip and hit them tomorrow in the late afternoon. Really excited!

And the verdict is!

 

I haven't been able to fully try them out, but they "feel" really good. It's like the stability of an x100 or 6.5 px, but with the feel of something softer, but just for a split second. I guess that's what they call the "loading zone". Spin rate is higher by roughly 500 rpm's and the long irons go higher now which I like. You can still hit mid trajectory shots as well. To me they feel like a kbs tour. I want to wait for a better review once I can commit some time to it. I really do like these so far.

Finally finished updating my set. Just got the Vapor Pro irons back from being rebuilt. Dynamic Gold X100 shafts, double soft stepped, +1.25', 3* upright, white paint fill, white ferrules and oversize white grips. I wanted a custom set so I went away from more conventional components. They are very solid and I'm already hitting better shots. Better be though cause it wasn't cheap! Things we do for this game...

Picked up the blacked vapor fly pro... first day at the course tomorrow. Seems like it hits a tad lower t the range than my regular vapor pro from last year.

This came one day early. Looking forward to trying it on the putting green tomorrow. I've heard mixed reviews on it but most have been good. Like I said, I'm new to the game so I don't know what I'm supposed to look for in a putter. It's only the second new club in my bag, and it's def the most expensive as well. Sticker says $203. I know they don't sell for anywhere near that these days. I paid $55, any thoughts, anyone used it before?

Gonna get a little arts and crafty with my Vapor Pro Combos this weekend. I want to remove the black PVD and make the swoosh a photo blue, have any of you guys had luck removing the PVD without a dremel? Trying to find the perfect combination of cheap and quality.... if that's even possible.

Got these practically new irons from the bst a couple of days ago. They feel softer than my VR split cavs, but noticed they are about half to one club shorter. Both sets have DG pro s300 shafts, but noticed these launch higher than the split cavs. Might have to try going with the regular DG s300's to see if I can get that distance back.

 

I have the same set and have noticed the same loss in distance. Let me know how the regular DG s300 work for you.

Posted these in the paint fill thread but thought my fellow Nike ppl would appreciate. New paint fill on my Method Midnight 007, couldn't quite make the "photo" blue that Nike is using but gave this a go. Got the new grip and even the anti-Nike pro shop guy at the club said " dude, that's pretty sick." so I'll take it.

They will probably be willing to price adjust it for you without having to bring the club in.

It is hotmelted in a neutral setting and the sound and feel (to me) are better than the retail head. I also get higher ball speeds with this head over retail.
