The Nike VR series of irons are great, both pro and pro combo. Not sure why the vapor line sucked. good move by Nike. Most curious what happens to players on contract.

I did 275 6 times. So the deadlift portion went like this:

 

225 x 12

 

245 x 10

 

265 x 8

 

275 x 6

if strength is your priority, i would strongly suggest following a program. If you are new to programming, i'd strongly suggest Phrakture's Greyskull LP (linear progression). Not sure how big you are so it's hard to determine where your numbers fall, but if you are more advanced i'd advocate for GZCL style programming. You don't have to take it from me - i am a 6'0 200 lbs w/ 285 1rm bench, 425 1rm squat, 555 1rm DL (500 conventional). And I can barely drive the ball 250 yds.

I remember when I was in the best shape back in my college days. Just joking around with a bouncer I was cool with, he told me if I can put up 295 once on the bench, that he would hire me. I knew damn well I would never want to be a bouncer but I worked my butt off getting there and eventually did. Felt great to put that much weight up once. Getting older I'd probably want to focus on getting lean (pretty much dieting) and just being healthy overall. If I could only get past all the crap my body is going through though lol.

Wave my hand and say its all good. If he has his hand in the air to apologize, then I'm cool with it. Probably thought that he wasnt going to get nowhere near the green but then proceeds to hit one on the screws. Can't be too mad at that. Now if it happens again, then it might be time to say something. Third time, bring out the machete.

First occurrence of that happening that day...shake it off. Career shot, he probably will apologize at some point like the next tee. Ask him if he made the putt.

Second or more occurrence, Flip him the double bird and yell some obscenities loudly enough that everyone on the course will hear me. It won't happen again.
