Good news :)

 

My bank and the card service provider in my country have just charged Paul Manco's bank account a sum of $1600 - they'll await Paul Manco's reaction. They have also covered the $1.800, Paul "The Thief" Manco stole from me - so I haven't lost any kind of money on this incident now.

 

HOWEVER - Paul is still a BIG TIME THIEF ! He still owes several other guys money and he still hasn't shipped me my equipment - so in my book, he's still a low life crook and thief. I will still do what ever I can to discredit him, his name and his golf shop - from now on and until I'm DEAD and buried ;)

awesome this is since last night haha i picked a good time to ask. And as for scum bags claus i was very good friends with cripplecreekpro and he screwed people on my name here and he screwed people on his name and i had to clean up the mess and he stole from me. so i feel you man.

Thanks guys for the support, I really DO appreciate it :)

It's just one of the reasons why I love this website and the community in here ;)

 

However I still think of the other guys, that Paul also has double crossed and maybe these guys haven't been as fortunate as I've been. Maybe the card service providers and local banks in their country won't cover the amount a thief like Paul has charged from their credit cards.

 

I know one guy, tognt, who still haven't received neither his money nor his set of Miura Cb-1006 irons back from Paul. He lives in Thailand and maybe the card service their won't help him. I almost couldn't receive any kind of help, because of the time span from when Paul charged my credit card until the time I reacted, because he didn't ship me my irons and hybrids. I'm fortunate to have "good" connections within both my local bank and within the card service provider, which helped me a lot.

 

Not everyone is fortunate enough to know the "right guys" and to those guys I would like to say, that I feel with you and I'll still do what ever I can to discredit Paul and his golf shop for as long as I'm the game of golf. One persons reaction may not be worth much, but if the word is spread out, one persons voice will soon be 100 persons voices and this may soon grow into 1000 perons voices and so on......

 

I can only recommend that as many as possible, who have followed this thread, will react on it, and spread the word out in the street and in the golf clubs where ever you're from in the world - stay away from this thief and fraudster called Paul Manco and his Shreveportgolf online shop !

I got a mail from KZG in the US that I could pick up the club head Paul owed me from a local dealer here in Europe. Not a word from Paul. I've mailed him and told him he's off the hook as far as his debt to me is concerned - but he hasn't responded.

For a long time I tried to give the man the benefit of a doubt - he could have called or written - and at least tried to explain. The only thing I got from him was a lame excuse about a crashed computer. If he had just come clean and told me (and others) that he was having problems (financial or other) and that he was going to take care of it, I would have waited. When I saw this thread for the first time I still didn't want to believe it was this bad. Apparantely it was and it's really pisses me off.

Latest news in the ongoing Manco case.

 

Just spoke to the CEO of Miura US and they will not do business with Paul Manco ever again.

 

I will continue to spread the word about this thief called Paul Manco. He messed with the wrong guy.

Miura US have had several complaints about this crook Manco.

 

I really hope this guy will go bankrupt - he had to use other peoples money to avoid it the first time around - I would really like to see him and his business go totally down and out of the golf world.

Unfortunately I am also another person who got rip off by Paul and I would like to warn other customers especially oversea customers not to buy anything from shreveport golf and paul manco. It is a bad experience. If you can, buy from tourspecgolf which is much better and very reliable. I still have not gotten my stuff which I have already paid for and it has been since Feb 07.

I would be a bit careful putting his personal information on a public forum. After all of the crap you have experienced no need to turn the tables back on yourself. It's a shame; not really sure why Paul had to do this; I worked with him over the years and had no issues at all. Had to be financial hardships, still absolutely no excuse to rip people off! Glad to hear you got most of your money back. In regards to the equipment you didn't get; try and contact the particluar manufacturers (Ping, etc) and plead your case. I bet they take of you; it's still a reflection of there business practices as well.

While bankruptcy might be nice to wish upon your enemies, it actually protects the person from creditors. I'm sure there are a LOT of other entities out there owed a lot more money than those for clubs. Mortgage, private schools, personal loans. This is much bigger than a set of PINGs and a hybrid.

 

This is personal bankruptcy. It involves his wife, kids, and all aspects of his life. It's a sad day.
